PAELLA DE MARISCOS ESTILO
Seafood Paella - Our most popular choice. Ingredients (all Tasmanian): Tas-Saff saffron, Petuna salmon, Spring Bay mussels, prawns, squid, tomatoes, garlic, fresh salmon stock, olive oil.
ARROZ DE POLLO
Chicken Paella - our second most popular choice.
Ingredients: Chicken, pork, chorizo, tomatoes, garlic, fresh chicken stock, olive oil. We use Nichols Chicken and outstanding Spanish chorizo.
This is our signature dish and is cooked according to the traditional Valenciana recipe. Ingredients: chicken, rabbit, beans, rosemary, fresh chicken stock, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil.
ARROZ DE SETAS
Ingredients: wild mushrooms sourced from Cygnet, eggplant, pine nuts, tomatoes, garlic, fresh vegetable stock, olive oil.
Crayfish Paella - this is our latest addition to our menu. Eaten extensively in Barcelona, this is an exotic gourmet Seafood Paella which we make with Morton Bay Bugs, and an explosive, blow your taste buds to pieces, homemade seafood stock. Simple, delicate, elegant and robust.
